School Readiness Group (ages 4-5 years old about to start school or already at school but have delayed skills)

This group session aims to build school readiness by supporting routines, independence, and early learning skills such as focusing, following instructions, and participating in group activities. It will also develop social, communication, emotional regulation, and fine motor skills to help children confidently engage in the classroom. Timing - two hours per day across three days per week, including a snack break (food provided by parent).

Social Skills Group (ages 5-7 years)

This group aims to foster a safe and supportive social environment to encourage children to build their confidence through practice and play within a group setting. Children will aim to increase their flexibility in play; initiate play with peers; turn taking; cooperation and offering input into games. Social groups also target underlying self-regulation concepts to assist children in maintaining attention to tasks. Timing - 1 hour 30 minutes per day across 3 days, including a snack break (food provided by parent).

Arts and Craft Group (Primary School Aged Children)

This group aims to build fine motor skills, hand strength, and coordination through activities like cutting, drawing, and creating. It will also support focus, confidence, while helping children follow instructions, manage emotions through calming tasks, and develop social and problem-solving skills when working alongside others. Timing - 2 hours, 1 day, including snack break (provided by parent).
